若干非亚单位疟疾疫苗研究现状和展望

疟疾仍是全球最严重的热带传染病之一。随着疟原虫抗药性的产生以及抗杀虫剂蚊媒的出现,使得曾经有效的杀虫剂和抗疟药等防疟措施面临严重严峻考验。研制出安全有效的疟疾疫苗是控制疟疾发病率和死亡率的首选。近些年来,随着基因工程技术的不断发展,许多亚单位疫苗被研发出来且效果显著。为了给后续的研究提供更广泛的思路,本文从非亚单位疫苗角度简述了疟疾全虫疫苗,毒素疫苗,自身免疫抗体疫苗以及免疫核糖核酸疫苗的研究概况。

Malaria is still one of the most serious tropic diseases in the world. The occurrence of drug-resistant plasmodium and anti-insecticide mosquitoes have made ever effective anti-malaria measures to suffer severe challenges, therefore developing safe and effective vaccines is the first choice for controlling the morbidity and mortality of malaria. In the past years, many subunit vaccines have been developed and the effect is good. In order to provide more extensive ideas for follow-up researches, this review introduced the development of the whole organism vaccines, toxin vaccines, autoimmune antibody and immune RNA vaccines from the point of view of non-subunit vaccines.
