基于SWOT-AHP的老年食堂满意度提升战略研究
Research on the Strategy of Satisfaction Improvement in Canteen for the Elderly Based on SWOT-AHP
近年来,我国人口老龄化问题日益加剧,高龄、独居、空巢老人数量激增,居家老人就餐问题凸显,一日三餐亟待解决。社区老年食堂应运而生,旨在为社区老人解决就餐难问题。为老助餐政策作为一项基础性惠民工程,让老年人满意成为其重要评估标准。本论文利用老年食堂满意度问卷数据,通过构建SWOT-AHP分析模型,对老年食堂满意度提升策略进行研究。结果表明,提升策略重点应放在劣势与机遇结合区域,消除内部劣势,提升菜品口味;抓住外部机遇,坚持落实就餐补贴政策。
In recent years, the aging of China\'s population is becoming increasingly serious. The number of elderly people, living alone and empty-nesters is surging. The problem of elderly people having meals at home has become prominent, and it is urgent to solve the problem of three meals a day. Community canteen for the aged arises at the historic moment, aiming to solve the problem of difficult dining for the elderly in the community. As a basic project to benefit the people, the old-age feeding policy has become an important evaluation criterion to make the elderly satisfied. In this paper, using the data from the satisfaction questionnaire of the canteen for the elderly, through the construction of a SWOT-AHP analysis model, the research on the improvement strategy of the satisfaction of the canteen for the elderly is carried out. The results show that the improvement strategy should focus on the combination of disadvantages and opportunities, eliminate internal disadvantages, and improve the taste of dishes; seize external opportunities and insist on implementing the dining subsidy policy.
