海水腐蚀介质中金属材料疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试方法研究
Research on test method for fatigue crack propagation rates of metalic materials in seawater
本文采用单边缺口三点弯曲(SEB)试件,设计了一套腐蚀溶液循环装置,结合测试裂纹长度的柔度方法实现了海水腐蚀介质中疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试。在试验过程中,采用电化学方法对腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位进行了检测,结果完全满足GB/T 6398中的规定。采用此装置,进行了海水腐蚀环境中某高强钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试,并将海水中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率与室温空气中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行了比较分析。结果表明加载频率为2Hz时这两种介质中疲劳裂纹扩展速率相差不大。
With single-edge notch three-point bending (SEB) specimen, a set of corrosion solution circulation device is devised, fatigue crack propagation tests in the corrosion medium of seawater are implemented with the compliance methods of the test crack length. During the test, corrosion current and corrosion potential were detected by using the electrochemical methods, which indicates that the device fullly meets the item of GB/T 6398. Using the devise, fatigue crack propagation tests of a high-strength steel are conducted in the seawater corrosion environment. As well as, the Comparison and analysis of fatigue crack growth rates in air and artificial sea water were implemented. The results show that fatigue crack propagation in the two medium has little differernce when the loading frequency is 2Hz.
