转子系统碰摩故障研究现状及发展综述
Overview of the research and development about the rub-impact rotor system
转子碰摩是旋转机械的主要故障之一,碰摩的发生使转子与定子之间的间隙增大、支承轴承磨损、甚至整个旋转机械破坏失效。对它的研究既有理论难度又有重要的工程实际意义。本文综述了近年来国内外在转子碰摩领域的主要研究成果:首先,探究了碰摩发生的故障机理;其次,综述了碰摩转子的非线性动力学研究现状,转子碰摩呈现多种形式的周期与概周期运动,以及多种分叉与混沌行为;最后,指出了碰摩转子研究的发展趋势,将碰摩转子的非线性特征与转子故障特征进行有机的结合,进而为转子碰摩故障的诊断提供典型的理论依据。
Rotor rubbing is one of the rotating machinery main faults, Rubbing makes the gap between the rotor and the stator increases,bearing wear, even destruction of the entire rotating machinery failure. Study it has both theoretical difficulty and practical significance. This paper summarizes recent advances in the field of the rotor rub-impact research:First, explores the mechanism of rubbing fault ;Second, summarizing of the nonlinear dynamics of rotor rub research, Rotor rub shows various forms of cycle and almost periodic motion, as well as a variety of bifurcation and chaos behavior;Last, Pointed out the development trend of the rub-impact rotor study, Combined the nonlinear characteristics of rub-impact rotor and the rotor fault feature, provides a theoretical basis on rotor rub-impact fault diagnosis.
