分析大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因,分析大体积混凝土早期温度变化过程,介绍大体积混凝土温控常用方法,结合工程实际大体积混凝土温度监控实例并加以分析,得出传统的测温方法存在的弊端,结合理论研究,提出一种新的,更为准确的内外温差控制方法,并通过具体的实验来证明其结论的正确性,当中利用了ANSYS有限元分析方法,来找到重力作用下产生的应力值,直观的表现出结构构件的应力分布,也为测温布点提供参考

Introduce the common method of temperature control of the mass concrete, link the engineering examples of the mass concrete temperature monitoring and analyse, and get drawbacks at the traditional temperature measurement . Combination of theoretical research, Propose a new, more precise temperature control of inside and outside ,And through a specific experiments to demonstrate the correctness of its conclusions. Here use the ANSYS finite element analysis method and find a stress values generated by gravity. Intuitively show the stress distribution of the structure , and also provide a reference for laying temperature measurement points.
