国内丘陵地区和山地地区的定义以及界分大多表述于文字,缺乏可操作性强的、准确的量化方法,从而导致对丘陵与山地及其资源要素、生态环境和发展问题认识的不全面。同时,采用量化的方法准确界分丘陵地区和山地地区,是实施数字山地战略以及国土空间规划全覆盖的一项基础性工作。在前人研究的基础上,文章采用GIS技术并结合DEM数据,选取地形起伏度、地表切割深度、地面粗糙度、地形高程变异系数、沟谷线与山脊线密度这6类地形因子,分别从研究区选取的丘陵地区和山地地区研究样本中提取这6类因子,进行逐个量化分析和数据对比。研究表明:在丘陵与山地分别提取的地形起伏度、地表切割深度、地面粗糙度、地形高程变异系数、山脊线密度5种因子皆有着较明显的特征差异,存在界分临界值,可以作为界分丘陵与山地的界分因子;而提取的汇水线密度则无明显的特征差异,无法确定界分临界值,因此不能作为界分丘陵与山地的因子。临界特征因子的确定,不仅可以为下一步临界值的确定提供科学依据,也可以为丘陵与山地的数字化表达提供参考。

omestic hilly region and the definition of mountain region and boundary points are mostly expressed in words, lack of accurate quantification of operational methods, resulting in the hilly and mountainous region and its internal environment and land resources development question understanding is not comprehensive at the same time, accurate quantitative boundary points is to implement the strategy of digital mountain hilly area and mountain area, as well as a basic work for the whole national spatial planning on the basis of previous studies, the paper using GIS technology and combining with the DEM data, topographic relief degree cutting depth of the ground surface roughness of the terrain elevation variation coefficient Valleys line and ridge line density of these 6 kinds of terrain factors, respectively, from the selection of the study area to hilly area and mountain region to extract the sample 6 class factor, quantitative analysis and comparative study on the data show that individually extraction, respectively, in hilly and mountainous terrain and cutting depth of the ground surface roughness of the terrain elevation variation coefficient of the ridge line density five factor has a obvious characteristic differences, boundary points and the critical value, can be used as a boundary points hilly and mountainous border factor; However, the extracted catchment line density has no obvious characteristic difference, and the boundary dividing critical value cannot be determined. Therefore, it cannot be used as the determination of critical characteristic factor for the boundary between hills and mountains, which can not only provide scientific basis for the determination of the next critical value, but also provide reference for the digital expression of hills and mountains.
