Effects of Earthworm on the GA3 Content in Fluvo-aquic Soil and Cattle Manure

本文选取赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)为观测蚯蚓,以潮土、牛粪为基质,进行不同温度的培养试验,通过测定土壤中赤霉素与微生物区系的变化情况,研究不同温度和不同基质条件下蚯蚓对土壤中赤霉素含量变化的影响。结果表明:接种蚯蚓促进了微生物数量的增加,从而提高了土壤和牛粪基质中GA3的含量;其中蚯蚓对牛粪基质GA3的含量的增加作用更大,潮土中15℃时对GA3含量的影响最大,牛粪中20℃时对GA3含量的影响最大。

he effects of earthworm on the GA3 content in different matrix (Fluvo-aquic soil and Cattle manure) under different temperature (15℃, 20℃, 25℃) were studied. The results showed that the inoculation of earthworm increased the number of microorganisms and the GA3 content, the enhancement of earthworm on the GA3 content in cattle manure was higher than that in Fluvo-aquic soil. The enhancement of earthworm on the GA3 content was biggest under 15℃ in Fluvo-aquic soil, and under 20℃ in cattle manure.
