栗西尾矿库永久排洪洞注浆防渗研究

栗西尾矿库隧道结构完成后, 采用了传统的水泥浆回填, 渗漏有明显的改善,但由于水泥浆含水量大、易收缩, 使得混凝土裂缝和施工缝处还有部分渗漏。同时由于在该段节理裂隙发育,有大小不等的裂隙或断层,渗漏水有一定的压力。本文针对根本治理渗漏的需要对渗漏点提出压力固结灌浆,使固结材料压力渗入到裂隙或断层的一定深度。同时对注浆材料的选择和配比进行一定的改进设计以达到预期的防渗目的。
fter the completion of the drain tunnel of Suxi tailings reservoir.It used the traditional cement slurry backfill and there are significant improvements in leakage.However, as the cement slurry water content in large, easy to shrink, making the concrete cracks and construction joints have a small amount of leakage.At the same time, for the growth of the fractured segment joints it appeared some fissures or faults in different sizes,and it has a certain degree of pressure on leakage of water. In this article,just for the leakage of the fundamental governance need to raise the pressure of consolidation grouting leakage points.So that the pressure cementitious materials to infiltrate a certain depth of fissures or faults.Besides grouting material selection and matching for some improvements designed to achieve the intended purpose of seepage.
