E2基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的关系
Relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme 2 gene polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy
目的：探讨ACE2基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法 采用病例对照研究方法，以2012年4月至2013年9月间在天津医科大学代谢病医院住院的糖尿病肾病（DN）患者145例为病例组，以不合并肾病的141例2型糖尿病患者作为对照组，应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）检测病例组与对照组ACE2基因的G8790A位点基因多态性。结果 无论男性和女性，病例组与对照组ACE2基因型频率和等位基因频率的差异均无统计学意义。结论 未发现ACE2基因 G8790A多态性与DN 有关联。ACE2基因多态性与DN的关联仍需进一步的研究。
Objective To explore the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) gene polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy. Methods A case-control study was conducted in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized in Metabolic Diseases Hospital, Tianjin Medical University from April, 2012 to September, 2013, which including 145 patients with diabetic nephropathy as cases and 141 patients without diabetic nephropathy as controls. The gene?polymorphisms of ACE2 were examined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis．Results Neither in men nor women, there was no statistical difference of ACE2 genotype frequency and allele frequency between the case group and control group. Conclusion No significant association between ACE2 gene polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy was found. The relationship between ACE2 gene polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy need further study.
