分束器仿真方法的比较
omparisons between methods to simulate beam splitter
分束器在如今得到了越来越广泛的应用,本文用三种方法对分束器进行模拟研究。这三种方法分别是平行介质纳米线耦合法,金属表面等离激元法和光子晶体法。最后,本文对三种方法的适用范围做了归纳和比较。
In this paper, three methods are presented in this paper to simulate beam splitter which has been widely used in many aspects. The beam splitter can be achieved by coupling of parallel nanowires, surface plasmon polaritons in silver surface or the defects in photonic crystal. The paper sums up with comparisons between these methods.
