Pygopus 2的功能及其在恶性肿瘤中的重要作用

Pygopus 2 (Pygo2)蛋白是存在于Wnt信号通路中的新的功能蛋白,具有NHD和PHD两个独特的保守区域,在经典与非经典的Wnt信号通路中都能起到重要的调节作用。进而参与染色质重塑,胚胎发育等生物学功能。特别是在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中,Pygo2的异常表达及其作用机制正逐渐被人们所重视。因而,本文重在阐述Pygo2的结构、功能及其与恶性肿瘤的相关性等问题。
Pygopus 2 (Pygo2) protein is a new function protein in Wnt signal pathway, which has NHD and PHD unique conserved region. It can play an important role in the regulation of the canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and participate in chromatin remodeling, embryonic development, and other biological functions. Especially in the development of malignant tumors, abnormal expression of Pygo2 and its possible mechanism has been noticed by degrees. As a result,this paper attempts to elaborate its structure, functions and its correlation with malignant tumors.
