Pygopus 2的功能及其在恶性肿瘤中的重要作用

Pygopus 2 （Pygo2） protein is a new function protein in Wnt signal pathway, which has NHD and PHD unique conserved region. It can play an important role in the regulation of the canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and participate in chromatin remodeling, embryonic development, and other biological functions. Especially in the development of malignant tumors, abnormal expression of Pygo2 and its possible mechanism has been noticed by degrees. As a result，this paper attempts to elaborate its structure, functions and its correlation with malignant tumors.
