肌电信号控制的主从式无线功能性电刺激康复系统的设计

本文首次将主从式康复的概念引入到功能性电刺激系统中。针对脑卒中等偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能恢复,提出了一种新型肌电信号控制的主从式无线功能电刺激康复系统。该系统包含一个主动单元和一个或多个从动单元。主动与从动部分是通过无线通信的方式连接的。表面肌电信号用来作为电刺激器的控制源。该系统可实现主动方(理疗师)对从动方(瘫痪患者)的遥操作康复训练。实验侧重腕关节的屈伸运动功能重建,结果显示从动方可准确跟随主动方完成腕关节的屈伸运动。该系统有几个优点:主从式,无线控制,可实现一(理疗师)对多(瘫痪患者)的康复训练,便于患者的视觉诱发的神经可塑性康复。
new kind of rehabilitation system is presented in this paper. The rehabilitation system is mainly used to assist the paralyzed patients caused by stroke to perform specific exercise following the theraphist's intention. The master-slave rehabilitation concept is firstly introduced to the functional electrical stimulation system. The system consists of a master unit and a slave unit, and the two units are connected through wireless communication. Surface electromyography (sEMG) of master side (theraphist) is used as the control command for slave side (patients). Experiments on the wrist's flexion-extension are conducted in this work. The system has some features: master-slave control, wireless comunication, "one to N" training mode, and visual evoked neuroplasticity.
