国际标准化组织3GPP启动了3G技术的长期演进(LTE)技术的研究,以实现3G技术向B3G和4G的平滑过渡。自组织网络(SON)是LTE实现高数据容量和快速传输速率不可或缺的重要组成部分,其主要任务是实现无线网络的一些自主功能,减少人工参与,降低运营成本。有效提高提高操作效率及网络性能。本文介绍了自组织网络PCI功能的实现设计。首先概括了SON技术的背景和必要性,接着介绍了PCI的功能并对方案进行了设计。然后重点分析了PCI的算法并实现其功能的设计。最后总结了SON虽然还面临着许多问题与挑战,但是LTE SON的发展是未来的必然趋势。
3GPP starts their research of UMTS on Long Term Evolution(hereinafter for short a "LTE")technology which could help to transit smoothly from 3G to B3G and 4G.In order to achieve the high data rates, SON is a necessary part of the LTE system. It can realize independent network functions of wireless network. Not only can it decrease manual intervention and reduce operating costs, but also improve operational efficiency and network performance effectively.In this paper, it begins with the background and the necessity of SON Tec.Then,function of PCI is introduced and a general scheme is designed in detail.Afterward,arithmetic of PCI is analyzed emphatically,designing of the function is implemented.At last,SON faces a variety of problems and challenges,but its evolution is inevitable current of the futrue.
