以纳米半导体氧化物为催化剂的多相光催化是一种理想的环境污染治理技术,已成为近年来国际上最为活跃的研究领域之一。TiO2以其无毒、氧化能力强、稳定性好和成本低而最为常用。本文拟采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米TiO2光催化剂,并改变制备条件如前驱体溶液(钛酸丁酯)、溶剂(无水乙醇)、抑制剂等的用量,反应条件pH值及焙烧温度等,通过对甲基橙等目标降解物的光催化降解,确定出该光催化剂的最适制备工艺: 水、钛酸正丁酯摩尔比为14:1,钛酸正丁酯、乙醇和醋酸的体积比为1:6:0.12 , pH值约为2,焙烧温度选择600℃。

he semiconductor oxide as photocatalyst is a promising technique for the environmental mediation, and has been the hottest area for researchers. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) semiconductor has extensively studied due to its desirable properties of chemical stability, relatively high safety and low cost. This paper discusses preparation of titanium dioxide by Sol-Gel method. In the Sol-Gel process, the precursor (Ti(OC4H9)4 ), solvent (C2H5OH), chelating agent (CH3COOH) ,water and thermal treatment temperature is named to be factors, and their effects are studied by degradation of methyl orange, which is the maximum condition: the molar ratio of water to Ti(OC4H9)4 is 14:1 ,the volume ratio of Ti(OC4H9)4 to C2H5OH to CH3COOH is 1: 6: 0.12 ,the pH value is about 2, and the temperature 600℃.
