Frost resistance test of slag coal gangue mixture stabilized by cement and fly ash

为研究水泥粉煤灰稳定炉渣煤矸石混合料的抗冻性能,选取了5种炉渣替代率和4种水泥掺量的混合料进行冻融循环试验,分析了炉渣替代率、水泥掺量和冻融循环次数对混合料宏观表象、质量变化和无侧限抗压强度损伤量的影响规律。结果表明:随着冻融循环次数的增加,无侧限抗压强度损伤量增大;随着炉渣替代率的增大,无侧限抗压强度损伤量呈先减小后增大的趋势,当炉渣替代率为50%时,抗冻性能最优;强度衰减是由于凝胶体剥落流失、试件内部裂缝逐步发展贯穿所致。建立了冻融循环作用下相对动弹性模量和相对抗压强度之间的强度衰减模型,以便于评价混合料的抗冻性能。

IIn order to study the frost resistance of cement fly ash stabilized slag coal gangue mixture, five slag replacement rates and four cement contents were selected to carry out freeze-thaw cycle tests. The effects of slag replacement rate, cement content and freeze-thaw cycle times on macroscopic appearance, quality change and unconfined compressive strength damage of the mixture were analyzed. The results show that the damage of unconfined compressive strength increase with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles. With the increase of slag replacement rate, the damage of unconfined compressive strength first decreases and then increases. When slag replacement rate was 50%, the frost resistance was the best. The strength attenuation is caused by the peeling and loss of the gel, and the internal cracks of the specimen gradually develop and penetrate. The strength attenuation model between the relative dynamic elastic modulus and the relative compressive strength under freeze-thaw cycles was established, which is convenient to evaluate the frost resistance of the mixture.
