Ni-Fe-Ga-Co磁致形状记忆合金的马氏体相变和晶体结构的研究
Study on Martensitic Transformation and Crystal Structure of Ni-Fe-Ga-Co Ferromagnetic Shape Memory Alloys
使用DSC、XRD、SEM和TEM等分析测试手段,对Ni56-xFe19Ga25Cox (x =0, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6)磁致形状记忆合金的马氏体相变温度、精细显微结构以及复杂马氏体晶体结构进行了系统研究。结果表明,Ni56-xFe19Ga25Cox合金的马氏体相变温度Tm随添加Co含量增加而降低,但仍保持在室温之上。室温下Ni56-xFe19Ga25Cox 合金显微组织均由板条状的马氏体和随机分布的γ相两相组成。通过XRD和TEM结果确定Ni53Fe19Ga25Co3合金由6M+14M混合马氏体和γ相组成。
In this paper, the martensitic transformation temperature, the microstructure and the crystal structure of the complicated mixed martensitic phases of Ni56-xFe19Ga25Cox (x =0, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6) alloys were investigated by DSC, XRD, SEM and TEM techniques. DSC results showed that the martensitic transformation temperature Tm decreases with the increasing Co content,but all above the room temperatrue. The microstructure of the Ni56-xFe19Ga25Cox (x =0, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6) alloys is composed by the martensitic lath and random distributed γ phase. The 6M+14M mixed martensite and the γ second phase were detected in the Ni56Fe19Ga25 alloy by XRD and TEM experiments.
