频偏估计算法是TD-SCDMA射频一致性测试的基础,频偏估计算法的精度和效率对于一致性测试有着非常重要的意义。本文将复杂信号频偏估计问题转化为复正弦信号的频率估计问题进行研究,并提出了一种基于线性加权平均的频率估计算法,此算法是频率的最大似然估计,可以达到克拉美-罗界,并且大大降低了计算复杂度,提高了测试效率。笔者已将该算法应用于商用的射频一致性综合测试仪,并广泛应用于认证机构和多家终端研发、产线测试厂商,取得了良好的效果。

Frequency offset estimate algorithm is the basic of the TD-SCDMA RF conformance test, the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm has a very important significance on the conformance test. This paper transform the frequency offset estimate for the TD-SCDMA signal into the frequency estimate for a single complex sinusoid. The estimator is more computationally efficient than the optimal maximum likelihood estimator yet attains as good performance at moderately high signal-to-noise ratios. All the achievements in this thesis have been successfully implemented in terminal RF conformance test set and utilized in plenty of terminal companies, certification institutions as well as venders.
