政策因素影响精神分裂症患者就医行为的实证研究

Background The demand for basic medical care for schizophrenia patients in China is high, but unreasonable medical care behaviors may cause a waste of health resources, and relevant policies have been introduced to improve medical care protection and reasonably guide patients to seek medical care. The current research on policy factors and health care behaviors has rarely addressed the association between mental health policies and health care behaviors of patients with schizophrenia. Objective To analyze the influence of policy factors on the health care behavior of schizophrenia patients, to understand the health service utilization of schizophrenia groups under the guidance of basic medical insurance policy and mental health policy, and to provide reference for policy improvement. Methods Logistic regression models were constructed to analyze the influence of policy factors on the health care seeking behavior of schizophrenia patients in a district of Chongqing City using the data of schizophrenia patients seeking medical care in 2018. Results Basic medical insurance policy was an influencing factor on the medical treatment behavior of schizophrenia patients; among mental health policies, the processing of the "686" program, free medication, and community rehabilitation also influenced the medical treatment behavior of patients. Conclusion Policy factors played a positive role in guiding schizophrenia patients to seek medical treatment, but the policy processing rate was low.
