酸碱法预处理稻杆提纯纤维素的研究

Study on the Pretreatments by Acid and Alkali Ways for Purifying Cellulose

从稻杆中提纯分离纤维素,以便有效的利用稻杆中的纤维素。以不同浓度的氢氧化钠和硫酸溶液对稻杆进行蒸煮,研究了在不同浓度的酸碱对稻杆中纤维素含量的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察稻杆预处理后表观形貌的变化情况,硫酸处理后的稻杆通过高效液相色谱检测葡萄糖的含量,分析纤维素的水解情况[结果]以5%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理后的稻杆中纤维素含量提高到了58.33%,收到了较好的效果。而采用硫酸预处理的稻杆时,浓度超过1%就会使稻杆中的纤维素发生水解造成纤维素损失。采用质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理稻杆可以有效的提纯纤维素,为下一步利用稻杆中的纤维素打下了基础。

Rice straw would be pretreated with different metheds, thus cellulose in it would be utilized effectively. Using different concentrations of NaOH and H2SO4 solution to cook the rice straw, the influence of concentrations on the content of the cellulose in it was researched, and after pretreatment. The morphology of rice straw was analyzed by scanning electron microscope, the content of glucose was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography and the hydrolysis of the cellulose was analyzed after treated by H2SO4. Treated by 5% of the NaOH solution,the content of cellulose in rice straw was raised up to 58.33%, the treating effect is better. While pretreated with the H2SO4 solution, if the concentration of H2SO4 was more than 1%, the content of cellulose would loss caused by hydrolysis. Using 5% of the NaOH solution for preprocessing, cellulose can be purified effectively, and the foundation for consequent utilizing the cellulose in the rice straw was built up.
