联合自适应马尔科夫矩阵的多目标跟踪算法研究

本文提出了一种基于联合自适应马尔可夫矩阵的交互多模型目标跟踪算法。首先介绍了交互多模型目标跟踪的主要步骤;然后通过设计交互多模型目标自适应采样间隔算法,提出了一种基于联合自适应马尔科夫矩阵,灰色关联模型和粒子群优化的目标交互跟踪算法。其中,联合自适应马尔可夫转移矩阵分别利用了似然比方法以及压缩比方法进行计算。仿真结果表明,自适应马尔可夫转移矩阵有利于节省雷达时间资源。

his paper puts forward a kind of interacting multiple model algorithm of target tracking based on joint adaptive markov matrix .First of all we introduced the main steps of interacting multiple model target tracking.Then we put forward a kind of target interactive tracking algorithm which based on the adaptive markov matrix, grey correlation model and particle swarm optimization. After having particle swarm optimization process, we study two methods to update Markov transition matrix in real time. One is with the ratio of likelihood function, and the other is with the compress ratio of estimation error. Simulations show that adaptive Markov transition matrix is benefit to save radar time resource.
