变浓度下沉积物中Cr形态及含量分析
Variable concentrations speciation and content analysis of Cr in sediments
为了分析外源重金属在沉积物中的转化规律,通过室内实验分析不同浓度Cr污染的条件下,沉积物中Cr的含量及提取形态的分布特征和迁移转化规律。将不同浓度Cr溶液加入上覆水-沉积物系统中静置3天后,利用BCR法分布分析沉积物中各种形态Cr的含量,并进行分析。结果表明,随着环境中Cr浓度的不断提高,沉积物中Cr浓度也呈增长之势,初期增长迅速,之后增速有所减缓;重金属Cr的各提取形态相互转化,趋于稳定状态。
o investigate the transformation of exterior heavy metal in sediments, specification analysis was used to study the alteration of Cr content and migration in sediments. A serial of Cr solution were added into the upload water-sediments for three days. The Cr content was determined in the three extractable steps of BCR and the residues, and the distributions of Cr in the four stages were analyzed. The results showed that, the Cr concentration in sediments increased with the increase of the exterior Cr concentration. The content of Cr increased rapidly in the low concentration but slowly in high concentrations. In addition, the transformation of Cr in different specification tend to stable status.
