his paper aims to reveal the influence mechanism of the tutors' tranformational style on graduates' openness to experience , enrich the theory of transformative leadership and the theory of personality trait in the background of our country, providing theoretical and empirical basis for the improvement of graduates' openness to experience. SPSS 19.0 and Amos 24.0 are used in the study. The data processing methods used are as follows: descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the author draws the following conclusions: Tutors' tranformational style has a positive effect on graduates' openness to experience, and personal initiative plays a completely mediating role between tutors' tranformational style and graduates' openness to experience.
