etailed introduces the methods of isolation and screening of transglutaminase-producing microorganism from the soil, the cross-linking-flocculation precipitate method is used to select actinomycetes initially, measure the enzyme activity in order to ensure the strains produce transglutaminase.Afterwards, the strain were identified by the sequence of 16SrDNA . Through screening and identification, this study obtained two strains of transglutaminase-producing microorganism.????
