his article analyzed the conditions of traffic net and industry position in Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihaer. And it expounded the function to be attention in industry corridor along Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihaer. It also put forward the measure and the suggestion. The construction of the industry corridor constructing will use the traffic impact analysis measure. It have the important meaning to improve the traffic net and develop the old industry economy.
