基于局部区域SIFT特征匹配的偷盗检测算法研究
Research on the Stolen Object Detection Algorithm Based on SIFT Feature Matching of the Limited Area
研究了尺度不变特征提取及SVD匹配算法,并在此基础上,针对目前智能视频监控系统中偷盗检测技术的缺陷,提出一种基于局部区域的SVD-SIFT特征匹配的偷盗检测算法。为了最大限度上消除特征匹配结果中的错配点,提出一种基于密度的迭代约束算法,实现在不消除正确匹配点的同时剔除错配点,并且能够在消除错配点的同时对被检测物进行准确定位。经实验分析,该方法能够对监控范围内多个物体进行实时防盗监护,对复杂环境的适应性强,检测精度高,误报漏报率低。
he scale-invariant feature extraction and SVD matching algorithm was studied, on this basic, a theft detection algorithm based on the limited area SVD-SIFT feature matching is proposed, for the detection of theft defection on the intelligent video surveillance system at the present time. What's more, we propose a iterative density-constraint algorithm for the purpose of eliminate the mismatch points maximally in the Feature matching results, to achieve that eliminate the mismatch points while reserving the correct matching point, at the same time, the positioning of detected objects fixed accurately. As the experimental results show, this method can monitor multiple objects and make sure them security at the real-time, it's more adaptable to complex environment, more effective, so the false and negative alarm rate is lower.
