基于模糊物元的高校协同创新网络协同创新能力评价研究
Research on Collaborative Innovation Capability of Collaborative innovation network in Universities based on fuzzy matter element evaluation
构建协同创新平台与模式、提升高等学校创新能力是高校协同创新中心建设的核心和关键。运用协同创新网络相关理论,厘清高校协同创新网络协同创新能力的内涵,从投入产出、主体配合、环境建设三个维度构建了高校协同创新中心的协同创新能力评价指标体系。并引入熵值理论确定指标权重,有效的减少了指标之间由于关联性、复杂性引起的不确定性。最后以湖北省12个协同创新中心为例,将熵权模糊物元模型和欧式贴近度相结合评价其协同创新能力,针对性提出优化和解决方案。
onstructing the platform and mode, promoting the innovation ability are the keys of the universities collaborative innovation center.It clarifies the collaborative innovation ability's connotation by Collaborative Innovation Networks and build the evaluation index system of collaborative innovation ability of collaborative innovation center by three dimensions of Collaborative innovation input and output capability、Coordination ability of main innovation body and the ability of collaborative environment construction.It is effective to reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty caused by the correlation and complexity between the indexes,when determines the weight of index by the entropy theory.By selecting 12 collaborative innovation centers of Hubei ,this peper combines fuzzy matter element with Euclid approcah degree and suggests a new model to evaluate its collaborative innovation ability. Finally, it proposes relatively complete solutions.
