传统的混料罐系统有很多弊端，混料精度差,混料速度不易调整,效率低下,不易监控。针对这些问题，采用高可靠性的PLC作为控制系统的核心，用PLC进行入料阀与出料阀和电机的控制，使系统在精度与速度上得到很好的改善。利用Fameview组态软件对系统进行全程监控起到了很好的监控效果。
here are many disadvantages in the system of traditional mixed tanks,such as poor accuracy,inefficient,difficult to monitor and difficult to adjust the speed of mixing.According to these problems,high reliability of the PLC is selected as the core.of the control system.The feed valve and the outlet valve and motor are controlled by PLC and by doing these, the accuracy and speed of the system are well improved.By using Fameview configuration software tomonitor the system,monitoring results have been improved.
