通过光合有效辐射(PAR)强度梯度和CO2浓度梯度的实验设计,对高象草、矮象草和紫象草进行了光合生理特性的测定,比较分析了净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用率(WUE)对PAR增强和CO2浓度升高的响应。结果表明:PAR增强的起始阶段,WUE逐渐增大,达到最大值后(高象草>紫象草>矮象草,分别为:13.04,10.43和5.63μmolCO2﹒mmol-1H2O)逐渐降低,但降幅不大;Ci则随PAR的增强而减小。紫象草的Pn、Gs、Tr均显著高于高象草和矮象草(P<0.01),WUE稍低于高象草。在CO2浓度升高的整个过程中,三种象草的Pn、Gs、Tr均呈单峰型,而Ci则随CO2浓度升高而升高。在CO2浓度<50μmol﹒mol-1和CO2浓度>1300μmol﹒mol-1时,高象草和矮象草的WUE均呈下降趋势,而紫象草则相反,呈上升趋势,在CO2浓度为50~1300μmol﹒mol-1之间时,三者均呈上升趋势。紫象草的光合能力强,但其水分利用率稍低于高象草,其生长须有充足的水分。

hrough the experiment of different gradient photosynthetic active radiation(PAR) and CO2 concentrations, the photosynthetic physiological characters of the high elephantgrass and the dwarf elephantgrass which were popularized better in subtropical areas and the new breed purple elephantgrass were measured. A comparison of the responses of net photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentrations (Ci),transpiration rate (Tr) and water use efficiency(WUE) to the enhance of PAR and increased CO2 concentrations were made. The results show that Pn, Tr , Gs increased with the enhanced PAR. WUE at first increased with the enhanced of PAR(the high elephantgrass13.04μmolCO2﹒mmol-1H2O,the dwarf elephantgrass5.63μmolCO2﹒mmol-1H2O,the purple elephantgrass10.43μmolCO2﹒mmol-1H2O), later reduced as WUE exceed the max value, but the descent diminutive.
