推拿治疗周围神经损伤的机理研究进展

Purpose: To study the research progress of massage therapy for peripheral nerve injury in the past 10 years, and to summarize the related literature. Method: Search the keywords of "tuina", "peripheral nerve injury", "massage" and "peripheral nerve injury" on the databases such as CNKI, Wan Fang, PubMed, and analyzed and sorted. Result: There are many literature on the therapeutic mechanism of massage for peripheral nerve injury, and there are relevant mechanisms have been studied from the levels of skin, muscle, DRG, spinal cord and descending path, brain and descending path. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of massage on peripheral nerve injury is clear, and the research on the mechanism has certain results, with a view to providing scientific basis for clinical application of massage and providing reference for scientific researchers.
