激光处理增加双壁碳纳米管透光性能的研究

Improving optical transmittance of double walled carbon nanotube film by laser processing

ouble-walled carbon nanotube (DWNT) film is a potential substitute of ITO, due to its excellent electrical and optical properties. In this paper, laser treatment is introduced to improve the optical transmission of the DWNT film by removing the adsorbates (H2O, O2) in the film. The enhancement of the optical properties makes the DWNT solar cell a higher conversion efficiency.
