中医从风论治糖尿病肾病初探
On theTreatment of Diabetes Nephropathy by TCM Wind Theory
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最为常见的并发症之一，也是糖尿病患者死亡的最主要原因之一。中医独具特色的辨证思路和治疗方法在治疗糖尿病肾病方面有着较好的疗效。本文从风邪的致病机理及其与糖尿病肾病的内在联系出发进行分析论述，着重对祛风法在治疗该病的理法方药方面进行初步探讨，希望可以对提高中医药辨治糖尿病肾病临床疗效有所裨益。
iabetes nephropathy, one of the most common complications of diabetes, is also one of the major causes of diabetes patient death. Chinese traditional medicine treatment with unique dialectical thinking has achieved good results.Analysis and discussion in this paper started from the intrinsic connection between pathogenic mechanism of the pathogenic Wind and diabetic nephropathy, and evaluates the Li-fa Recipe in treatment of the disease by the method of expelling wind, which can be beneficial in treating diabetes nephropathy and improving its clinical outcomes.
