酶法选择性合成麦芽糖月桂酸酯的溶剂体系研究
Study on the solvent system for the selective enzymatic synthesis
研究了五种有机溶剂中酶催化合成麦芽糖月桂酸酯的选择性、酯化率和残余酶活。试验了不同溶剂组合形成的复合溶剂体系的特性,发现丙酮/正己烷体系对麦芽糖月桂酸二酯的合成有很好的选择性,具体反应条件为:丙酮:正己烷=7:3,脂肪酶添加量20g/L,麦芽糖添加量50mmol/L,月桂酸添加量200mmol/L,分子筛添加量80g/L, 50℃下反应72小时,麦芽糖二酯酯化率达到66.8%。
he selectivity, esterification ratio, and residual enzymatic activity in the enzymatic synthesis of lauroyl maltose ester in five organic solvents were studied. The characteristics of different composite solvent combinations were tested and it was found that the combination of acetone-hexane has a good selectivity for the synthesis of lauroyl maltose diesters. A yield of 66.8% was obtained with following conditions: molar ratio between acetone and hexane 7:3, lipase 20 g/L, maltose 50 mmol/L, lauric acid 200mmol/L, molecular sieve 80g/L, condensation for 72 hours at 50℃.
