光接收机前端作为光纤通信系统的重要组成部分,其性能指标直接决定着光接收机的整体性能。由于基于标准CMOS工艺的光接收机成本低廉、市场应用前景广阔,近年来引起极大关注,并取得飞速的进展。本文首先回顾了基于标准CMOS工艺光电探测器的基本结构,以及跨阻放大器的核心电路,重点总结了标准CMOS工艺中光接收机的最新研究进展。

s a key component of optical fiber communication system, the optical receiver front-end determines the whole performance of the optical receiver. Since the optical receiver based on standard CMOS technology has features of low cost and wide application prospect, it has attracted tremendous amount of interest in the past decade, and great progress has been achieved. In this paper, the basic structures of photodetector based on standard CMOS technology and the core circuits of transimpedance amplifier were reviewed, and recent advances of monolithically integrated optical receiver based on standard CMOS technology were summarized.
