经济欠发达小城镇基准地价评估研究

目前城镇基准地价的评估主要集中于对“城市”的评估,而对“乡镇”基准地价评估相对较少,技术方法也比较落后,尤其是一些经济欠发达小城镇。因此,本文将结合徐州市丰县各镇基准地价评估工作,拟就经济欠发达小城镇基准地价评估中基准地价内涵的界定、样本选取、有关参数的确定及地价体系的构成等问题进行了研究,并对经济欠发达小城镇的基准地价更新工作提出了几点建议。

urrently,the standard land price appraisal is mainly concentrated on ‘city’, but it is less concentrated on ‘town’, especially on some less developed small town. Thus, taking Feng town standard land price appraisal as an example, the paper will make research on the definition, sample selection, relevant parameter confirmation and the composing of the standard land price about the less developed small town, and put forward some suggestions for the standard land price appraisal of the less developed small town.
