抗癌治疗的主要目标是特异性地抑制癌细胞的活性,同时不影响正常细胞的功能。近几年来,随着癌症免疫治疗的发展,许多癌症特别是黑素瘤、肾癌、膀胱癌和肺癌的治疗方式发生了巨大转变,癌症免疫疗法提高了免疫应答效率,最重要的是提高了总体生存率。癌症免疫治疗指任何增强患者免疫系统以对抗癌症的治疗,单克隆抗体、Toll样受体激动剂、细胞穿透肽和细胞靶向肽在目前的免疫疗法中发挥着重要作用,但是它们的临床应用仍然受到很多限制,本文总结了几种递送方案,阐述如何提高它们的靶向性、细胞摄取率、免疫刺激活性的方法。

he main goal of anti-cancer therapyis to specifically inhibit the activity of cancer cells without affecting the function of normal cells.In recent years,with the development of cancer immunotherapy, a great transformation has taken place in the treatment of many cancers, especially melanoma, kidney cancer, bladder cancer and lung cancer.Cancer immunotherapy improves immune response efficiency, most importantly, increases overall survival of patients.Cancer immunotherapy refers to any treatment that enhances the patient\'s immune system to against cancer.Monoclonal antibodies, Toll-like receptor agonists, cell penetrating peptides and cell targeting peptides play important roles in current immunotherapy, but their clinical application is still subject to many limitations. This review summarizes several delivery options and describes ways to improve their targeting, cellular uptake, and immunostimulatory activity.
