煤层群卸压开采上覆被保护煤层回采巷道控制技术

为了解决淮南矿区煤层卸压开采被保护层回采巷道围岩控制的技术难题,采用相似材料模拟研究了煤层群卸压开采动压影响条件下,复合顶厚度小于锚杆锚固范围、复合顶厚度与锚杆锚固范围相当、复合顶厚度大于锚杆锚固范围时巷道变形破坏规律,以复合顶厚度大于锚杆锚固范围的巷道安全状况最差,巷道变形破坏最严重,并通过数值模拟研究了下部煤层卸压开采巷道掘进前后采场应力时空演化规律,以及支护方式对巷道围岩的变形和场和裂隙的影响,提出了采动巷道的控制原则和围岩控制技术,并成功应用于现场工程实践,为煤层群卸压开采技术全面推广提供了技术支撑,对深部煤巷支护技术发展具有很大的推动作用。
Surrounding rock control in the overlying protected coal seam is a challenging topic of de-stressed mining of multi-seams. Based on current research findings on roadway control, we have designed a physical simulation model of the complex textured- roof with varying thickness to study roadway instability and collapse caused by dynamic pressure. Results show that when thickness of the roof is bigger than that of the bolted depth, the roadway security is in the worst situation and the roof has the greatest possibility to lose its stability. Meantime, we have carried out a numerical simulation to study stress redistribution before and after roadway excavation during underlying protective seam mining. The evolution of roadway displacement and fractures affected by support methods has got studied as well. Then a series of support principles and technologies for mining influenced roadways have been proposed after successful practical applications in Huainan Mines, which are of extended value to deep coal mining support in China.
