针对现有的正弦波无刷直流电机转子位置检测方法,本文提出了一种以单个锁定型霍尔元件实现的宽转速范围正弦波无刷直流电机转子位置检测方法,并详细分析了转子位置信号转换与补偿的方法,同时对该位置检测方法的静态误差和动态过程中给定电压谐波进行了分析。该方法用于30,000r/min的高速同步电机驱动,实现了高速电机的准正弦波驱动的稳速控制。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法具有很宽的检测范围和高的检测精度,很适合稳速控制

his paper presents a novel method using one latched Hall IC to detect the rotor position of PMSM in wide speed range to overcome the limitation of other recent detecting methods. The conversion and compensation of the rotor position signal are analyzed in detail. The steady precision and the harmonics of three-phase reference voltages in dynamic state are analyzed. Speed-stabilization control of a 30,000 r/min PMSM is achieved with this method. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method has the wide detecting range and the high precision. So the method is especially suitable for speed-stabilization control.
