天然产物Murrayaquinone A、Koeniginequinone B及其衍生物的合成研究
Synthesis of Murrayaquinone A、Koeniginequinone B and their analogues
咔唑醌生物碱是一类重要的天然产物,在抗肿瘤、抗疟疾、抗病毒、抗菌等方面有着良好的生物活性。murrayaquinone A和koeniginequinone B作为最简单的一类咔唑醌,其良好的抗肿瘤活性引起了化学工作者的广泛关注。本文设计了一条合成甲基苯醌氨类中间体的新路线,利用本课题组先前探索的合成咔唑醌的新方法,快速高效地合成了Murrayaquinone A、Koeniginequinone B及其一系列衍生物,为后期进一步研究该类天然产物的构效关系奠定了基础。
arbazolequinone alkaloids, a common and important class of nature products, exhibit promising bioactivity in antitumor, antimalaria, antiviral, antibacterial, etc. Murrayaquinone A and koeniginequinone B as the simplest carbazolequinone compounds, have attracted extensive concern for their significant antitumor activity. In this research, we designed a new synthetic route for a series of substituted methyl benzene quinone amine. Subsequently, murrayaquinone A、koeniginequinone B and a series of their analogues have been synthesized efficientlyapplying aryne chemistry, which is based on our new methodology of synthsizing carbazolequinones. This work paves the base for further biological activity test and structure-activity relationship study.
