在巷采"三下"煤、边角煤时,传统的矸石充填法,需要大量的矸石储量,矸石储备不足往往成为制约充填开采的一个关键因素。为降低单位顶板面积下所需充填矸石量,尽可能最大限度地利用已有矸石为开采服务,提出将矸石充填体与爆破后的直接顶联合支护上覆岩层,即根据直接顶的岩性、厚度等,确定最优的矸石充填体高度,并在已充填至计算高度的矸石充填体上爆破直接顶,由于直接顶破碎后的碎胀性,使之与矸石充填体共同充填满采空区,达到接顶的目的,并对上覆岩层起支撑作用。通过实例对采用完全矸石充填、合理的矸石与爆破后直接顶联合充填、其它比例的矸石与爆破后直接顶联合充填进行分析对比,知合理利用矸石与爆破后直接顶联合充填,在一定程度上解决了矸石充填开采过程中矸石缺乏问题,且能提高工作效率。

In order to reduce the unit under the roof area, as far as possible amount needed for filling coal gangue maximum utilization of existing service for mining, put forward with gangue filling body after blasting, the direct roof combination supporting the overlying strata, i.e., the direct roof lithology, according to the thickness of coal, to determine the optimal height, and filling body already filling to calculation of the gangue filling body height, the direct roof, because blasting, the direct roof after breaking the hulking sex, make with gangue filling body mined-out area, achieve common filling full to pick up top overlying strata and the support role. Through the examples to adopt totally coal gangue filling, reasonable after blasting, the direct roof with joint filling, other proportion of coal blasting, the direct roof with joint filling the comparative analysis, knows the reasonable utilization of coal, the direct roof with joint filling after blasting, and, to some extent, solved the coal gangue lack of mining in filling, and improve work efficiency.
