基坑降水时当基坑底板施工完成后,便可以采取封井措施。但封井数量需要进行抗浮稳定验算,本文针对广泛应用的三种基础型式:筏形基础、无抗拔桩的桩筏基础和有抗拔桩的桩筏基础,提出一个统一适用的封井数量计算公式,对已经成功应用该公式的三个工程进行举例,阐述公式具体计算步骤,并证明该封井计算公式的正确性。对后浇带的抗浮效果和时效性作了阐述。

Some of dewatering wells can be shutted after the foundation plate was constructed. While the amount of the shut-in wells should be calculated from anti-buoyancy checking. A formula for the amount of shut-in wells is proposed in this paper. The formula is suitable for raft foundation, piled raft foundation and uplift-piled raft foundation. The method of application was explained through three typical foundation engineering. The formula is proved to be right rhrough these engineering cases. The anti-floating effect and timeliness was illustrated.
