基于奇异谱和频谱特性的心音分析
Heart Sound Analysis Based on Singular Spectrum Analysis and Spectral Characteristic
针对心音信号是一种非稳定非线性的信号,本文提出了一种基于奇异谱分析(SSA)和心音频谱特性的分析方法。首先对心音信号进行奇异谱分析,去除环境噪声,再根据心音的第一心音和第二心音的频谱范围(0Hz ~200Hz)提取心音主成分,然后对剩余部分心音进行功率谱密度分析,以200Hz到700Hz的功率谱密度曲线下的面积与0到200Hz功率谱密度曲线下的面积比为特征参数。最后经统计验证和灵敏性、特异性分析发现,该特征参数能有效的区分正常和异常心音。对心脏疾病的辅助诊断意义重大。
For the heart sound is a nonstationary and nonlinear signal, in this paper, a heart sound analysis method based on singular spectrum analysis and frequency features is proposed. Firstly, Singular spectrum analysis is applied to heart sound to remove the environmental noise, and then extract heart sounds principal components based on that the frequency range of the first heart sound and the second heart sound (0Hz to 200Hz). Secondly, do the power spectral density to the residual part of heart sound, the ratio area under the power spectral density curve of 200Hz to 700Hz and the area under power spectral density curve of 0 to 200Hz is the characteristic parameter. Finally, through statistical analysis and sensitivity, specificity analysis found that the characteristic parameters can effectively distinguish between normal and abnormal heart sounds. This is of great significance for the diagnosis of heart disease.
