近年来,自动扶梯逆行事故频繁发生,成为了一个焦点问题。本设计提出了一个实时的、自动的视频监控解决方案,用来提供有效的预警。功能:在PC机上处理从电梯监控摄像头收集的数据,通过鼠标画多边形指定感兴趣区域,根据光流法实时检测该区域内电梯的运动方向,将结果输出到VGA显示器上,如果运动方法与参考方向不符,在VGA显示器上显示报警信息。

Owing to the fact that breakdown of escalator(escalator goes the wrong direction) occurred frequently these years, that fact became a focus problem. This paper put forward a real time and automatic video monitor solution to provide effective early warning. Its function: data collected from escalator video monitor is processed on a PC, first of all, a polygon is drawn by mouse to specify the operation region, then the real time direction that the escalator is going in that region is detected by codebook and motion detect algorithm, in the end, the result is outputted to VGA display device, if the real time direction of the escalator is not right, warnings will be shown on the VGA display device.
