枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10防治木材蓝变机理研究

抑菌机理研究是木材蓝变生物防治的重点与难点,也是目前研究中较为薄弱的环节。本文从形态、生理、能量代谢和物质代谢4个方面探明了枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10抑制木材变色菌甘薯长喙壳、可可球二孢、交链孢和长喙壳菌的机理,即:形态上,抑菌物质抑制变色菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发,使变色菌菌丝形态出现异常;生理上,抑菌物质通过改变变色菌细胞膜通透性,破坏膜系统;代谢上,变色菌呼吸强度出现了不同程度的下降,能量代谢受到抑制,菌丝可溶性蛋白含量和还原糖含量下降,物质代谢受到了干扰。研究成果可为枯草芽孢杆菌防治木材蓝变提供理论基础。

Mechanism is one of important and difficult parts in biological control of wood sapstain, and deeply needs to further research. This research is focused on the mechanisms of antifungal metabolites against Ceratocystis fimbriata, Alternaria alternata, Botryodiplodia theobromae and Ceratocystis sp. Antifungal metabolites inhibited mycelia growth and spore germination of sapstain fungi in vitro. Antifungal metabolites also affected fungi mycelia morphology. Antifungal metabolites altered membrane permeability and caused respiratory activity inhibition. After treated with antifungal metabolites, the mycelial reducing sugar and soluble protein showed declined tendency.
