参数化设计具有高效性、实用性的特点,在产品系列设计、相似性设计方面都有较大的应用价值。与传统设计方法相比,能够减少重复劳动,提高设计效率,符合现代产品设计需求。减速器作为应用广泛的机械传动装置,其结构的相似性与设计的重复性适合于进行参数化设计。在此背景下,本文介绍基于Pro/E的虚拟样机参数化设计方法,应用参数化建模方法以及Pro/program技术建立模型样板库;结合关系(relation)驱动程序和族表(family table)工具,实现了减速器虚拟样机的参数化设计,并探讨了减速器的机构运动仿真分析。

Parametric design method is efficient and practical. It has great application value in the series design, similar design of products. Compared with traditional design method, it can decrease the repeated work and improve the design efficiency, accords with modern product design demand. As a transmission mechanism, reducer has been applied widely. Considering its similarity of structure and repeatability of design, it is suitable for the parametric design method. On this background, this paper introduces the parametric design method of virtual prototype based on Pro/E, models templates are created by parametric modeling and program method, based on which parametric design of reducer is realized combining with relation drive program and family-table, and discusses the Simulation Analysis on movement of the mechanism.
