根内球囊霉无机磷转运蛋白基因家族的预测及特征分析
Prediction and characterization of Glomus intraradices inorganic phosphate transporter gene family
本文以根内球囊霉基因组数据为研究材料,利用生物信息学从全基因组水平对根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices)无机磷磷转运子基因(PT)的家族成员进行鉴定。共预测获得7个PT基因,数量与其它真菌的数目相当。编码的蛋白质200~800 aa,理论等电点全部为碱性。GiPT-1跨膜含有12跨膜区域,GiPT-2、GiPT-4、GiPT-5和GiPT-6跨膜区域数量较接近,为6-9个。从系统进化树中可以看出,GiPT-6、GiPT-5、GiPT-2、GiPT-1、GiPT-7、GiPT-3与尖孢镰刀菌、稻瘟病菌的该基因分布在同一枝上,基因结构比较相似。
In this paper, bioinformatics methods were used to predict and analyze the number and characteristics of Glomus intraradices phosphate transporter (GiPT) genes. The results show that: 7 GiPTs which encoding a protein of 200 to 800 amino acids, isoelectric point of all the GiPTs were alkaline. GiPT-1 gene contains 12 transmembranes, the number of transmembrane region for GiPT-2, GiPT-4, GiPT-5 and GiPT-6 gene is range from 6 to 9. According to bioinformatics prediction, the number of Glomus inorganic phosphorus transporter gene similar to the numbers of other fungi. As far as the phylogenetic tree, GiPT-6, GiPT-5, GiPT-2, GiPT-1, GiPT-7, GiPT-3 distribution and Fusarium oxysporum, Magnaporthe oryzae are very similar, and the structure of these genes are also similar.
