发育及DNA损伤反应调节基因1(Regulated in development and DNA damage response 1,REDD1)是近年来发现缺氧诱导因子-1( Hypoxia-induced factor-1,HIF-1)下游重要的靶基因,在多种肿瘤细胞中广泛表达,参与多种肿瘤信号转导通路。本文就REDD1参与影响肿瘤生长、凋亡、自噬和耐药形成等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Regulated in development and DNA damage response 1(REDD1)was a significant target gene of Hypoxia-induced factor-1(HIF-1). It is widely expressed in multiple kinds of tumor cells and involved in various signal pathways. This article reviews the progress of REDD1 in influencing cancer growth、apoptosis、autophagy and drug resistance.
