于2005~2006年两年鸟类的繁殖季节,在左家自然保护区内运用GPS全球定位系统确定了11块次生林斑块,并对鸟巢的位置进行了定位,从而确定了鸟巢距边缘的距离,探究了次生林斑块的边缘效应对鸟类分布格局的影响。结果表明:11块样地面积在10.9~51.2 hm2之间,平均为24.8 hm2;根据鸟巢位置,共划分6个距离梯度,鸟类主要集中分布在0~50 m和50~100 m两个距离梯度内;不同梯度内鸟类的分布在年间未发生很大的波动(P>0.05);不同距离梯度的鸟类分布差异很大,达到极显著水平(P=0.00),从而证明鸟类边缘效应的存在。运用dunn方法对不同的距离梯度内鸟类的物种数及数量进行多重比较,结果表明:0~150 m为鸟类的主要分布区域,本研究的边缘距离为150 m。

uring the bird breeding seasons in 2005 and 2006, we investigated 11 patch size using GPS and observed position of bird nests to ascertain distance to edge boundary in fragmented forest in order to analyze edge effects on bird distribution in Zuojia Natural Protection Area in Jilin province. The result showed that patch size changes between 10.9 and 51.2 hm2, with average size 24.8 hm2; By investigating position of bird nest in different distance grade, we obtained that 6 distance grade had been set off and birds mainly concentrated in 0~50 m and 50~100 m; There are no significant difference in these two years during different distance grade (P>0.05); There are great difference during different distance grade for bird species and number, with significant difference (P=0.00); All these had proved edge effect’s existence; Applying dunn test to analyze the difference during different distance grade, the following results obtained that birds concentrate in 0~150 m area, the best edge distance is 150 m.
