本文采用液体培养法,研究了不同干旱处理方式(持续干旱与间断干旱)对小麦幼苗含水量、可溶性蛋白含量和总抗氧化力的影响。结果表明:持续干旱对小麦叶和根中三个指标的影响均大于间断干旱;两种干旱方式对根中三个指标的影响均大于叶。间断干旱处理小麦根、叶及持续干旱处理小麦叶中,可溶性蛋白含量和总抗氧化力均下降,且二者相关性较好。持续干旱处理小麦根中总抗氧化力大幅度上升,同时可溶性蛋白含量下降。

In this paper, two different kinds of drought treatments, i.e., continuous and discontinuous drought and following rehydration were adapted to wheat seedlings, water content,soluble protein content and total antioxidative capacity of roots and leaves of seedlings were detected to investigate the effect of drought and rehydration. Results indicate that continuous drought treatment has a greater effect on the wheat seedlings than discontinuous drought treatment; both treatments had a greater effect on root than on leaves.
