Solvothermal Preparation of Nanosized InP
通过缓慢沉淀法和溶剂热方法相结合,我们制备了4nm 的InP纳米粒子,非晶枝状物和球形纳米晶。我们的结果显示,在150℃的温度上,溶剂中含磷离子间存在很强的关联作用,形成集团,妨碍In3+离子向其内部的扩散,易形成P 多In少的非晶结构。但在受限的窄小区域中,In3+离子能充分的扩散到磷离子内部,进而形成晶态结构。
Using solvothermal and slow precipitation methods, we prepared nanoparticles with the size of 4nm, the branch structure and spherical nanocrystallines of 80nm. Our results show that at the temperature of 150℃, the ions containing P are easy in conjunction with each other, and they maybe form loose aggregate. This will prevent In3+ ions from diffusing into them resulting in the amorphous materials with superfluous P. But, when the reaction is confined in a narrow channel, In3+ ions can effectively diffuse into the loose aggregate containing P, and form InP crystals.
