风光储微电网功率控制策略研究

Research on Control Strategy of Wind/Photovoltaic/Battery Microgrid

将发电具有间歇性和随机性特点的小风电、光伏发电与蓄电池组成微电网可充分发挥可再生能源发电的潜力、解决其并网所带来的输出功率波动较大的问题。考虑风速、光照的随机变化,本文提出了一种并网风光储微电网功率控制策略,通过控制风力发电、光伏发电与蓄电池充放电的配合实现风光储微电网的定功率输出,稳定并网点电压。本文利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件建立了风光储微电网发电系统,仿真结果验证了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。

he integration of low rating wind power/photovoltaic with intermittent and random characteristics and energy storage can fully explore the potential of renewable energy power generation.Simultaneously, it can solve the problem of output power fluctuation of the grid-connectedwind/PV/storage hybrid system. Considering the random variation of wind speed, illuminationintensity, in this paper, a power control strategy is proposed. By coordinated controlling between two micro sources and energy storage, the output power of wind/photovoltaic/energy storage hybrid system can be unchanged.Simultaneously, the voltage of Point of Common Coupling (PCC) can be stabilized. In this paper, a wind/photovoltaic/energy storage hybrid Power System is built by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software. The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
